Brown Anoles naturally live in the state of Florida, they were introduced from the Caribbean in the 20s on cargo ships. Because of that, they won't live well in areas that arent humid (40-80%), and warm (75-80°).
They prefer to live on the ground or on low branches and prefer low, bushy vegetation where they can hide from predators.
They compete with native anoles (green anoles for example) so we worry that releasing them might be dangerous to your natural ecosystem.
