Your baby should be taken to a wildlife rehabilitator as soon as possible.

Until you find a rehabilitator, you can dissolve 1 teaspoon of white table sugar in 4 teaspoons of water. Dip a Q-tip in the sugar water and let the bird lick it.
In the wild, the mother regurgitates a slurry of insects, spiders, and nectar from her stomach. Sugar water is not sustainable for the baby, as it contains no protein.
