Our Regal Jumping Spiders for sale are in their 7th to 8th instars.
Here is what we recommend feeding them:
Small Dubia: but can hide in the substrate
Small Mealworms
Spikes: to either hatch into flies or use the pupa
Waxworms: will be too big for all but the largest spiders; they can also be allowed to turn into a moth
Medium Phoenix Worms
This image, courtesy of our friends at Big Fat Phids, recommends feeding food that is about 1-2 times the spider's body length.
You can also cut a mealworm into 5 or 6 pieces; your spiderling will eat the gooey middle!
