The roaches we sell are taxonomically named Blaberus craniifer.
Ours are produced from the University of California Riverside cultivar because the Jack-O-Lantern pattern is more visibly striking. These are also known as the Heirloom variety, and have zero cross-breeding with any Dubia-type genus roach.
