Phoenix worms are safe, soft-shelled (easily digestible), and highly nutritious, having high calcium levels and the appropriate calcium-phosphorus ratio.
Leopard geckos can be offered 3 to 5 Phoenix Worms® three times weekly. We advise using a small No Escapee Feeder Dish to count the number of the worms provided, and in the morning, measure how many have been eaten. You do not need to gut load or dust Phoenix Worms; they are extremely rich in calcium.
Phoenix Worms®, however, should be part of a varied diet, with mealworms being the primary food.

If you'd like to look, we supply Steve Sykes (the guru of Leopard Geckos), and he has an excellent care sheet for them: Leopard Gecko Care Sheet.
