Keep them refrigerated between 33 - 39°. They can be stored for up to 4 weeks; your fridge's crisper is the coldest and best spot!
If you want them to turn into flies, just put them at room temperature. They will form darker skin in the second stage of pupation. After the dark skin is formed, flies will emerge in 10 to 15 days, depending on the room temperature.
