Even with Priority Overnight, your parcel goes on the freezing truck at 8:00 am and isn't delivered until 1:15 pm. Five hours in that cold weather is too much for a heat pack to compensate, I'm afraid!
Though it might seem counter-intuitive, shipping USPS (3-5 days) and holding at the Post Office is a safer option when you live remotely from a FedEx hub and are in such cold temperatures.
