How old are the mealworms in relation to their sizes? Mealworms

Hello,
I would like to preface this by saying I don't intend to get mealworms to eat or feed something. I am trying to do a little experiment to see the full lifespan from the youngest possible stage to the oldest.
I assume the mini mealworms will be the youngest ones, but how old are they specifically? How old are each of the sizes?

Example:
mini- x amount of weeks
small- x amount of weeks
And so on and so forth.

The timeline is very dependent on temperature, with an average of 20 weeks to complete the life cycle from egg to beetle. On average, they grow at a rate of 0.08" per week under optimal conditions.
Ours are roughly: Mini 1/4" 3 weeks old Small 1/2": 6 weeks old Medium 3/4": 9 weeks old Large 1": 12 weeks old
