By default, we will pack counts up to 1000 in a cup with bran. Based on your preference, we can pack them in a mesh bag with no bran upon request. When we package them in a cup with wheat bran (their food), the customer will have food for them when they arrive, which will also insulate them in cold weather. Orders over 1000 will be packed in a mesh bag. They will have strips of soy newspaper to give them not only padding during the journey but they can nibble on it if they get hungry. They can be shaken out of the bag into a container for storage either in the fridge or at room temperature with food and a water source. If you have a preference, just let us know in the instruction field during checkout. If you'd like also to email us after you place your order, We'll manually print your order out to ensure it is packed to your specification.
