I have a bearded dragon that experienced a previous coccidia infection. Unfortunately he is beginning to exhibit some of the same symptoms. I'm wondering if the reptile fecal test offered on the site detects coccidia, or just worms?

Yes, according to the veterinary laboratory, the kit tests for the eggs well as the oocysts of parasites including (but not limited to) roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, coccidia, and tapeworms.
