Yes, in fact, we used to recommend wine coolers to our customers as the perfect storage space but were quickly reminded that not everyone can afford a wine cooler.
Now we recommend that if you don't have a wine cooler or cellar, the butter compartment in your fridge door is the warmest spot and the closest to 55° you'll be able to reach.
