They are volumetrically about the same, they just weigh five times as much live as they do dehydrated:
3000 live medium mealworms weigh 1 pound
15,000 dried medium mealworms weigh 1 pound
how many dried mealworms are in a lb?
I'm curious to know how many more meal worms you get from a lb of freeze dried vs live.
