Where do you get nectar?
Dried Mealworms
Feeding bluebirds that are used to live worms. Where is the nectar to rehydrate the dried worms?

You can use the type of nectar meant for Orioles or Hummingbirds, but they can be quite sugary and may attract ants. You'll want to put Vaseline or another ant barrier around the entry point to the worms when outside to protect them from scavanging insects.
You can, of course, use plain warm water safely.
