Do butter worms need to be fed or are they like waxworms? If they do what should they eat?

Your Butterworms do not need to be fed. In the wild, Butterworms eat the Tebo tree, but won't eat much else in captivity. Just keep them in the fridge as absolutely dry as possible and they will last 6 to 8 weeks for you. Make sure your fridge isn't any colder than 42° and if possible keep them in the door up high. If you have a storage area for butter, that is the perfect spot!
