Cleaner crew (Dermestid species) eat dead and decaying organic material by nature, not citrus. We offer them either chicken or salmon that has been fresh-frozen to ensure its safety.
Repashy Meat Pie provides both a food and water source for them. It is 50% protein made from chicken broth, Black Soldier Fly larvae, squid, eggs, and seaweed.
I would be a bit hesitant to offer something very acidic to this species.
