Our House Geckos and are grade B lizards meaning they may be missing a portion of their tail, feet, or be slender for their age.
However, it is very common for geckos to have stuck toe sheds causing necrosis of the foot. Keeping him/her properly hydrated with plenty of fresh, clean water and also keeping the enclosure humid by misting and using a moisture-retaining substrate will help release any retained skin.
