The troubles we have had due to Covid are:
1. We have an extremely high number of orders with pet stores closing and some of our competitors not being able to import worms from overseas. Because of that the wait time for an order to ship is on average 3 days to one week. The shipping date is always included in the shipping method you choose.
2. We cannot ship to Canada. We can ship anywhere in the United States including Puerto Rico and Hawaii (if you have a permit)
3. We have stopped curbside pickup. We are a farm that manufactures food for people and animals; we cannot risk our employees being exposed to the virus. If our farm were to close, it would be devastating to the animal food insdustry.
