Super worms dead

All my super worms arrived dead in last shipment. Order 757669. I know the order was delayed due to weather. Wax worms were just fine. Didn't know if you guys offered a promo code for some money off on next shipment. I just ordered some more worms from you guys yesterday. Just wanted to check and see.
