The dry chow is made fresh weekly in batches; it should be treated like any dry 'mix' and used within 4 months of purchase.
Dry chow should be stored in a cool and dry place, your kitchen pantry is fine but storing in an air-tight container in the freezer will prolong storage for six months to one year.
At room temperature storage of dry chow, look out for: mold, sour or musty odor, and pantry pests (they will find their way inside nearly any container and why we recommend freezing)
The cooked chow will last for at least 2 weeks at room temperature, and 6 to 8 weeks refrigerated.
