That is incredibly cold!
We recommend that you do all three of the following to guarantee live delivery:
1. Add a heat pack to your order
2. Choose Next Day delivery to prevent your parcel from going through an airport overnight on the way to you
3. Choose "Hold for Pickup" on the product page to prevent your parcel from going out on the cold delivery truck.
It is during delivery that 95% of our products perish as the trucks are not heated or cooled by the delivery service
