Why is thia happening? My shippping is way to expensive and i think the website may be a broken. 1000 Superworms Superworms

I am trying to order 500 to 1000 super worms which do not cost more then $20. When my shipping options come up it only gives me a option which is 1000 dollars. I am not sure if this is a glitch or what.

Is the website broken?
Is this because of covid?
Is something wrong with shipping?
