We have been inundated with orders since the closing of pet stores nationwide. I'm afraid that due to the current situation, USPS and FedEx limit us to shipping 1000 packages on any given day.
I promise that under normal circumstances it is never like this and we nearly always ship the very same day you order.
Regardless of when we ship, FedEx will still charge the same amount.

The order you wrote us about was from April 15th, 2021, two years ago. The significant slowdown caused by the pandemic and loss of workers has long since been rectified.
