If it is marked "Pending" we can change it, but we need to sort through the pile of 1000 orders that we have allotted for that single day and it is very time-consuming. We are stretched thin with the office staff working from home as much as possible, so we do try to come in to search for orders but don't often catch them in time.
If it is marked "Awaiting Shipment" there are literally minutes until your order is boxed, labeled, and put in the cart for either FedEx or UPS to pick up on one of their many daily pick-ups and we will most certainly not be able to catch it.
