Recently placed an order for bedding and worms. The bedding came, no worms. Order number is 724898. No tracking

Order placed. Bedding came by UPS, but no worms. No tracking number given in e-mail sent just the order #. If needing to pick up the worms at the local post office, just need to know. If not deliverable, we need to get some here locally to feed our gliders over the weekend and hope the worms are still viable next week. Order #724898 for Alabama.
