Yes, we only sell live insects!
They are raised with Human-Grade vegetables and wheat bran so that they are just as nutritious if you decide to sample one yourself.
Not only are live insects more nutritious with all their vitamins and fatty acids, but your reptile, avian, and amphibian friends will quite enjoy the feel of a live insect to chase and eat. Dried mealworms sold in the United States are almost all imported from China. Because our government has no control over what the mealworms are fed, you aren't able to know what heavy metals, etc. are being passed on to your pets.
Our worms are raised at our urban farm in Compton, CA, so you always know that your feeders are fresh and healthy!
