Most feeders should be fed that are no wider than the width between your dragon's eyes.
Hornworms though are extremely thin-skinned and jelly-filled, a lot like a water balloon! They usually burst in your dragon's mouth, so you can feed a hornworm that is the same length as your dragons' head from snout to the base of the head.
