This summer of 2020 nothing is as it ever has been, we're afraid.
We have been absolutely inundated with orders - we have on average 8000 orders in line and waiting to be processed and shipped. The difficult part for us is that our product cannot be pre-packed, and the shippers (USPS, FedEx, and UPS) only allow us to drop off or pick up a certain volume each day.
Because of that, our staff is arriving between 5 and 6 am daily to start packing and get as much ready for shipment before our cutoff of 4:30 pm.
When we add "Get it Faster" it helps offset the cost of the entire staff earning a minimum two hours overtime each day (which in Los Angeles is highly expensive and nowhere near covers the expense).
We are working as fast as we can, and as accurately to get your orders packed and filled for you to meet the high demand. We are always open and transparent that the shipping cost you pay is exactly what we pay.
If you feel the cost of shipping is incorrect, please email us with the contents of your cart, your zip code and desired shipping method. We will not only tell you what our quote is for shipping, but also direct you to the shipper's website where you can ensure that the price we are charging you is either the same as or less than their quote.
