You can house them in a Kritter Keeper or aquarium with adequate ventilation.
They are not good climbers so wide is better than tall. For substrate, you can use coconut coir, potting soil, etc. with mulch or peat moss added to lend humidity.
Keep the bedding a little deep; you'll have a fun time watching them burrow and make tunnels.
