No matter what your temperatures or the duration in shipping, when you choose "Hold for Pickup" we will guarantee that your order arrives alive.
If your temperatures are within 55 to 85° we will also guarantee it when shipped to your home.

Regardless of what shipping date/method you choose, if you choose "Get it Faster" we will ship your order either:
- The same day Monday through Friday if you order before 11:00 am PST (2:00 pm EST)
- If after that time, then the next business day
We only ship crickets and silkworms Monday through Wednesday unless you've chosen a shipping method that will reach you before Friday (for example if you've ordered on a Thursday and chosen Next Day shipping). Otherwise, we'll wait till the first possible Monday to ship your order.
PS: Purchasing "Get it Faster" is also not retroactive, it cannot be purchased to alter an order that is already pending. We have over 8000 orders in line to ship in the upcoming week and it is very time-consuming to locate and change an already printed order.
