We are so sorry for the long delays in ship times.
Because we ship live animals, we are limited to shipping 1000 orders a day.
Due to the Coronavirus, I'm afraid the entire country has turned to online shopping putting us 8000 order in the queue in line to ship.
We try to be as transparent as possible, always telling you the ship date when you check out (it's included in your shipping method).
When our great country re-opens again and people return to buying from local pet stores, we should be back to same-day shipping.
PS: You can always choose "Get it Faster" when it's available. Regardless of what shipping date/method you choose we will ship it the same day Monday through Friday when you order before 11:00 am PST
