Yes, you can absolutely feed spikes to leopard geckos!
They are only 6% fat (compared to waxworms which are 22%). They also have are 20% protein, similar to mealworms.
Fly larvae are part of the natural diet found in most fish, reptiles, and amphibians. Being soft-bodied makes them highly digestible as well.
