Well yes and no!
If you are adding cleaner crew to your mealworm colony they will be a sideline creature and won't readily breed as well as when housed separately.
Buffalo and Dermestid will live very happily alongside one another as long as there is enough moisture for your Buffalo Beetles and their larvae. If they don't have moisture provided in the form of carrots, etc. they will eat the eggs of their own beetles as well as the eggs of your Dermestid beetles (and mealworms if housed together). On their own, just be sure to keep them well-fed with either moist meats if you're doing taxidermy or starchy vegetables like potatoes or carrots if you have a colony. You can also use Repashy Meat Pie for an all-in-one food and moisture source when rearing a cleaning crew colony on its own with spectacular results.
