We have been inundated with orders since the closing of pet stores nationwide. I'm afraid that due to the current situation, USPS and FedEx limit us to shipping 1000 packages on any given day.
When you checked out, the shipping date would have been included in the shipping method's text.
You can always check the shipping day that you'd chosen on your confirmation email. It should have this text in the subject so you can search easily in your email:
Your Rainbow Mealworms Order Confirmation
Your order will ship that morning and we'll email you the tracking number as soon as it does.
