In most cases, it tends to be that you have selected FedEx as your shipping method and requested that we hold your parcel for pickup.
We likely want to know which location you would like us to hold at. You can prevent that from happening by putting the hub into your "Shipping" address in the future (it will be saved for easy reference later). Here's how to find the location.
1. Navigate to the FedEx Location Guide
2. Enter your City, State, and Zip Code into the search bar
3. Select "More Filters, then choose "Dangerous Goods"
