Our worms in cups are packed in wheat bran.
We have our bran double milled and rolled finely so that it is very easy for our even our smallest mealworms to eat. You may be used to 'sliced wheat bran' which is very large versus our 'fine wheat bran' which is in very tiny parchment-thin particles. We don't use sawdust at all 😊
