How long can these be stored before they go bad?

I would like to get some of these in case of a power outage in the future. How long can they be stored before going bad?

The expiration date for the ones we have and are shipping now is 4 years. After that date, the chemical reaction will still occur but it will be slower and not reach full temperature maximum and duration.
