If you're using a UVB tube (e.g. ReptSun lighting) then you will want the one with D3 so they can absorb the calcium.
If you are using an MVB (mercury vapor bulb) then you will want the one without D3.
If you are using an MVB (mercury vapor bulb) then you will want the one without D3.
