You can keep all the mealworms together (the small, large, and giant) at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
The Superworms can be stored with them at room temperature only but you will need to be diligent about keeping fresh carrots with them or they will cannibalize the regular mealworms.
The Waxworms should be stored separately.
