Yes, we do ship to all 50 states including Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
Our only restriction is we do not guarantee that crickets arrive alive to Canada, the truck journeys are too long and cold in many areas. For all other products, if your temps are lower than 55° or above 85° we guarantee live delivery if you choose "Hold for Pickup" on the product page. It's the drive from the post office to your home that is lethal to insects in very hot or cold weather. If your mail carrier drives with them in the truck in weather above 85° or below 55° for more than an hour, they will most likely be exposed and die before you receive them. When we ship "Hold for Pickup", we will mark your package to be held at your local post office. You can usually pick it up earlier in the day than it would normally be delivered to you by having it held at the post office, which is nice! Just be sure to check the 'Hold for pickup" on the product page and we will take care of the rest for you. USPS will hold your package at your local post office for pickup keeping them off the cold delivery truck.  We will send you the tracking link so you can anticipate them arriving. Thank you so much!
