Yes! Flying insects are really easy to acquire. Our three favorites are:
1. Hornwoms, the moth that emerges is GREAT for adult Chameleons. Let your hornworms grow extremely fat then put them in soil to pupate.
2. Waxworms: Let them turn into pupae in the cup, then transfer the pupae to your enclosure. They will soon be flying around!
3. Phoenix Worms: Place them in a cup with loose potting soil in your enclosure. They will pupate and the emerging fly is full of calcium.
