These have the common name "sow bugs" that don't roll into a ball, as opposed to "pill bugs" that do?

Sowbugs and pillbugs look very much alike, and people call each one the same thing. But, sowbugs have a pair of tail-like appendages that distend from the rear portion of their body and pill-bugs don't. Also, pillbugs will roll up into a tight ball when frightened and why pillbugs are sometimes called “Roly-Poly” bugs.
