i want to fatten up my bearded dragon whats the best feeder to do so Superworms

i bought the dragon off a guy and he was fairly thin. i want to fatten him up so he dosen`t look like a stick its a 3-4 year adult dragon. i personaly don`t like crickets because there a pain for me to keep alive. even when i get them from the pet store by the time i get home 5-10 are already dead.
