Yes, they will not intervene with one another but live side-by-side to eat together.
We like Buffalo Beetles for cleaning skulls because they are not as aggressive as Dermestid (they can go into overdrive and start eating softer bones if the skull isn't removed), they don't fly, breed more readily, and they are much more hardy in general.
We recommend purchasing 1000 for skull cleaning, unless you are cleaning smaller skulls (cat size or smaller)
