Dubia roaches require a permit to import into Canada by the consumer. If you need them for scientific use, you can apply under the Plant Protection Act at this page: http://www.inspection.gc.ca/plants/pl... Once we have your permit number in place on our records and for your shipping label, we will gladly send you an order.
