We put a "Live Animal" sticker on the box, so according to policy, your mail carrier is not allowed to put them in a mailbox. Having said that, it does happen from time to time. If there is a chance your mail carrier might, it's always safest to choose "Hold for Pickup" on the product page.
We'll ship your order to your local Post Office for pickup to keep your feeders safe.
